AVELaunch Books — the bridge between knowledge and impact.
We take deep expertise and shape it into a book that opens doors, builds trust, and stays relevant long after a feed post scrolls past.
Three years. Eight-plus countries. Thirty-five books, and counting.
We started with a simple bet: expertise deserves a bigger stage than a LinkedIn post can offer. That bet turned into a full publishing practice, working with authors across eight-plus countries and just as many industries — marketing, law, military strategy, psychotherapy, wellness, B2B sales.
Three years in, the pattern holds steady across every project: an expert walks in with years of scattered knowledge, and walks out with a book that carries their name, their voice, and their reputation into rooms they haven’t entered yet.
35+ books published. Each one built from real conversations, real client stories, and a tone that stays recognizably the author’s own.
Thirteen specialists. One job each.
1 / 1
Editors who shape structure, writers who capture voice, designers who build the look, publishing managers who carry a book to launch — thirteen people, each with one narrow role.
That setup keeps a book from turning into a group project where nobody owns the outcome. Someone owns the interview. Someone owns the argument. Someone owns the cover.
We step in early.
Most book problems start as concept problems, and we catch them in the first weeks — right in the brief and the structure, long before chapter twelve arrives. That’s why every chapter interview follows a map fixed during the Discovery Sprint, instead of hoping something useful surfaces mid-conversation.
You’ll know your expertise better after the book.
Writing with us works like training: authors learn to see their own thinking clearly and present it with real weight. Each session runs as a guided conversation, built to surface the argument a chapter needs and the language you already use to explain it to a client.
Your story is a responsibility we take personally.
Your name sits on the cover, our name stands behind it, and we handle your experience with the care that deserves. Every chapter draft comes back to you for review, so a nuance never drifts far from what you actually meant.
We listen for the throwaway comments.
Some of the strongest chapters started as a passing remark in a call. That’s why conversations drive our process, and why every session gets recorded and transcribed — a signature phrase or a sharp way of framing a problem stays intact all the way into the final draft.

Founded by someone who’s sat on your side of the table
Alex Tkachenko is the kind of person who rarely does things halfway. He likes understanding how things work, asking the question behind the obvious question, and turning an idea over until there’s something solid underneath it. That mix of curiosity and determination has followed him through most of his professional life — from building businesses and working in marketing to writing books of his own and, eventually, building AVELaunch Books.
Over 18 years in business, including ten in marketing, Alex kept noticing the same frustrating pattern: the people with the deepest expertise weren’t always the ones getting the attention. Often, someone who knew less but communicated better became the person invited onto the stage, quoted in the room, or remembered after the meeting.
Alex came to understand that problem from more than the marketing side. He became an author himself, writing two books and experiencing firsthand what happens when years of thinking have to become one clear, coherent argument. A book asks different questions of you. What do you actually know? What do you believe strongly enough to put your name behind? And how do you make another person care?
That experience shaped the idea behind AVELaunch Books. Expertise shouldn’t have to compete on volume. It needs a form strong enough to carry it — something that gives scattered experience structure, makes an expert’s thinking easier to understand, and keeps working long after the first introduction.
Today, that belief sits behind the way AVELaunch works with every author. Alex built the company from the perspective of someone who has been a business owner, a marketer, and an author himself — someone who knows both what it means to have something worth saying and how difficult it can be to turn that knowledge into something other people can see.
Along the way, his work has appeared in Forbes. But the idea behind AVELaunch has stayed remarkably simple: people shouldn’t have to become louder to make their expertise visible. They need a better way to carry it into the world.
“Most products fade away within a year. A book stays with you for decades.”
What we choose, every time.
Our values aren’t words we keep on a wall. They shape how we make decisions, work with authors, build our team, and decide what is — and isn’t — good enough to put the AVELaunch name on.
Simplicity is power.
The strongest ideas don’t need to sound complicated to feel intelligent. We turn complexity into something people can understand and use — in our books, our conversations, and our processes. Making the reader feel smart matters more than making the writer sound smart.
Responsibility without
hand-holding.
We hire people for their judgment, then trust them to use it. Every person owns their part of the work, from spotting a problem to finding the solution. Support is always available; micromanagement isn’t part of the process.
Transparency & radical honesty as respect.
No silent delays, hidden concerns, or polite avoidance when something isn’t working. We share context early, address difficult things directly, and expect the same openness in return. Clarity gives everyone a chance to make better decisions before small problems become expensive ones.
Depth & quality over gloss.
A beautiful book with nothing underneath it isn’t a good book. We care about the thinking before the polish: the argument, positioning, meaning, and message have to hold. If getting there requires another question, another edit, or more time, we take it.
Value exchange as an important outcome.
A process only matters if it produces something valuable. We don’t add steps, meetings, reports, or deliverables simply to look busy. Every part of the work should earn its place — creatively, strategically, and commercially.
Experiment. Iterate. Win.
We don’t wait until an idea is theoretically perfect. We test, learn from what happens, adjust, and move again. That’s how our processes, formats, positioning, and ways of working keep getting better instead of becoming fixed simply because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”
We take pride — out loud.
Great work deserves to be seen. We want every book to be something an author can’t wait to hold, share, quote, gift, and talk about — and something our team is equally proud to put its name behind. That pride is grounded in real work and real results, never inflated claims.
Living in accord with objective reality.
Facts come before a good story about the facts. We don’t manufacture metrics, exaggerate expertise, or polish reality until it becomes unrecognizable. Credibility lasts longer than hype, so every claim we make — about ourselves or our authors — has to survive contact with reality.
Service through knowledge.
Expertise shouldn’t stay locked inside private conversations, consulting rooms, or someone’s head. We help turn hard-earned knowledge into something other people can access, understand, and use. A book can build authority, but it can also be a public contribution.
Marathon runners.
We play as a team, with individual roles and shared standards. We celebrate wins, learn from losses, support each other through difficult stretches, and speak up when someone isn’t carrying their part. High standards and genuine care belong on the same team.
Joy is important.
Serious work doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. We build room for curiosity, laughter, good conversations, and the kind of interview where an author suddenly sees their own experience differently. The work can be demanding and still feel good to do.
Peer-to-peer communication.
Founder, author, editor, junior hire — we speak human to human. Different roles come with different responsibilities, not different levels of respect. No posturing, no unnecessary hierarchy: clear intent, direct conversation, and the assumption that smart people do their best work when they’re treated like smart people.
These principles shape more than the books we make. They shape the experience of making them — what we expect from ourselves, what you can expect from us, and what we’re willing to put our name behind.
Talk it through with people who’ve done this before.
